Summary: Perfect location for a weekend trip, the hotel is closed to all tourists spots. Especially with Kid. The kids rate the pool 3.5 out 5.

Summary: Everything was great, except for the customer service in the breakfast area. The breakfast worker were very disrespectful and had poor customer service. The worker felt the need to let us know that she dont want to waste to go container or spwnd time putting food in containers if we are going to stay and eat in the breakfast area. Then her and a male employee felt the need to go somewhat towards the back to make their comments.

Summary: The hotel is conveniently attached to the 3rd Street Market, parking garage, and Kohl's. TJMaxx, Potbelly's, Walgreens, Jimmy John's, Subway are also in walking distance, as is the river walk. The hotel lobby also has a pool table. There's ice water and popcorn at random times in the lobby too. The bistro leaves a bit to be desired, but a nice option nonetheless. The room itself is decent, but the walk-in shower is oddly narrow. For those who are broad-shouldered or plus size - you'll have to shower sideways! I would stay here again mainly for the convenient location!

Summary: Shower barely drained and the tub spout was nearly falling off. No room service and they didn’t stock toilet paper. Charging outlet near bed didn’t work. Quite sure my comforter and cover were previously used. Found crumbs and hair in them. Stains on the curtains.

Summary: Hotel was nice after we had to get new sheets. Upon arrival found make up on comfort but hotel staff immediately changed sheet. Nice to have dinning hall with 19 different options. I believe the dining hall was call 3rd market district
